Hello and Welcome
If you're a current college student or a high school student preparing for college, there's something important you need to understand.
College success isn't just about being smart — it's about having the executive function skills to manage it all.
You're juggling multiple classes, assignments with different due dates, extracurriculars, social commitments, and maybe even a part-time job. Without strong planning, organization, and time management skills, even the brightest students can feel overwhelmed and underperform.
The truth is, most students were never actually taught how to manage complex academic and personal demands effectively.
Which study strategies will help you retain information long-term? How do you break down big projects without procrastinating? And how do you create systems that keep you on track when motivation runs low?
As someone who struggled with these same executive function challenges in college and graduate school, I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you're working hard but not seeing the results you want. I’ve worked with college students for the past fifteen years and let me tell you the number one barrier to success is poor EF skills.
My simple mission is to help students develop the planning, organization, time management, and self-regulation skills needed to thrive academically and personally. With the right executive function strategies and mindset, any student can transform how they approach learning and achieve their goals.
My coaching is designed to help YOU build sustainable systems for success. No matter where you are in your education or career journey; whether you are a high schooler preparing for a transition, a first-year student feeling overwhelmed, or a graduate student looking to optimize your performance, I’d love to work with you.
Strong executive function skills are the foundation of academic success — let's build that foundation together.
Best,
Katie
